Eric Yakaitis

Eric Yakaitis is a licensed personal injury lawyer in our Atlanta office. He grew up just north of
Atlanta in Roswell, Georgia, where he attended Roswell High School. He has spent his entire life
in the state of Georgia, and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia where
he graduated Cum Laude with a major in Real Estate Business. After receiving his education at
the University of Georgia, Eric attended law school at Georgia State University in Downtown
Atlanta and graduated with honors.

Eric understands that your case is extremely important to you and strives to keep every one of his
clients well informed throughout the entirety of their case. Whether your case resolves prior to
litigation, or is taken all the way to trial, Eric will always do what is in his client’s best interest at
every turn. He takes pride in his work and will ensure that you are adequately compensated for
your injury, regardless of the insurance company’s stance.

Eric’s favorite part of his job with the Haug Barron Law Group is the reaction of a satisfied client
at the conclusion of his or her case. He also enjoys the chess match and strategic thinking that is
required while a case progresses through the different phases of litigation.

Outside of his job, Eric loves to spend time with his wife, play golf, or spend a morning on the
water fishing. You will also find Eric enjoying a gameday in Athens, watching Georgia sports
teams whenever he can, or trying different restaurants around the Atlanta area.
